This home goes down as the most drastic overhaul of a home and design I have had the privilege of dreaming up and overseeing to date. Everything got replaced in this one! Roof, gutters, windows, pipes, wiring, HVAC, landscaping...EVERYTHING!
This one will forever hold a special place in my heart. The character of this old mid-century home came back to life beautifully and definitely got some attention with a featured spot on HGTV's House Hunters! Scroll down to see the full episode.
