This sweet home was my first big venture into design several years ago. The bones of this home were wonderful, and aside from an unknown plumbing leak under the house that was handled without too much ado, didn't hold any nasty surprises for us during this major renovation.
This home received completely new plumbing, new wiring and electrical panel, and new HVAC in addition to completely new finishes.
We finished this home up in the late fall and you couldn't help but want to snuggle up in front of that fireplace when it was cool outside!
